Job Description
Duties:
- Directly supervise two attorneys & two paralegals.
- Handle a caseload.
- Provide training, community outreach, and education to individuals local community-based organizations, and other advocates.
- Supervise cases in surrounding counties:
- Erie, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Allegany, Orleans, Cattaraugus, Niagara, and Genesee counties.
- Evaluate and make positive changes to the structure of the unit.
- Identify sources of sustainable funding.
- Portray confidence and ability to make tough decisions and have a level of comfortability with difficult conversations.

Experience
Admitted to practice in New York State. Experience in consumer and elder abuse cases, preferred. Knowledge of civil legal services required, CELJ specific experience, preferred. Knowledge of trauma informed care, preferred.
