Duties:
Remote and in person Court Appearances.
Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, and other correspondence.
Prepare and draft discovery requests and answers.
Maintaining Managing attorney calendars and case files.
Building client relationships.
Maintaining effective communication with clients and other parties.
Court and trial preparation.

Juris Doctorate from an American Bar Association approved Law School. Illinois Bar License, and must be in good standing. 2 years of experience working in a Family law firm performing the functions of an Associate Attorney. PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. IMac profiency required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Keen organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of judicial system, court procedures, legal research and legal writing. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and the highest ethical standards Detail and deadline driven.Ability to work in a fast paced environment and move amongst tasks and changing priorities effectively. Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable guidance. Detail and deadline orientation as well as PC proficiency to include Excel and Word Document.
