Job Description

Duties: 

  • Conduct investigations into criminal activities, including homicides, robberies, assaults, and burglaries.
  • Collect, preserve, and analyze evidence.
  • Interview witnesses, victims, and suspects, documenting findings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and case files for prosecution.
  • Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Testify in court as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Experience

Valid state-issued driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of law enforcement or investigative experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and investigative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and in a team. Must pass a background check, drug screening, psychological, and physical examination.
